The vaginal cone is two-part, screwable, with a satin smooth silicone coating and a flexible 9 cm long grip loop that will help to remove the cone easily. The set is designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles by performing regular exercises to improve intimate health, maintain the tone of the pelvic floor muscles and vaginal walls. Place the balls in the cone one at a time, starting with the lightest, and gradually increase the weight of the cone from 32 to 59 grams, thus allowing the ball to roll freely inside, creating enjoyable vibrations during movement. It is possible to increase the weight of the cone even more (64 - 77 g) by placing two balls at once, but note that you can perform exercises with a higher weight only when you are sure of the achieved result.
