All items marked "In stock" are available at our retail store in Riga at Lacplesa street 20A. You can buy them there or online, with shipping to the address, Omniva parcel machine or Latvia Post office.


For information on the availability, use the "Check the in-store availability" link provided for each item, but first select the product variation: color, size, etc.

Stock availability information is displayed online using electronic data exchange with the warehouse management system. Thus, you can expect to receive your order within the certain time. However, there may be occasions when we must postpone the shipping, if the item that was available in the store already sold out by the time of order processing. This may occur when the systems did not fully update before a second order for the same item. In this case, you will receive an email with information on how long it will take to complete the backorder.

Items marked "Ships in 1–2 weeks" and "Ships in 3–4 weeks" are expected from our suppliers within few weeks and you can make a purchase as soon as desired item arrive. We receive cargo regularly – this usually allows us to meet the promised deadline. Due to limited production, logistics or other circumstances the estimated time of arrival is unknown for items marked "Ships after 1 month or later". In this case, you can ask our Customer Service regarding current supply situation.

If there are several items in your order, some of which are not available at the time of processing, the order will be split and the available items will be shipped immediately, while the rest will shipped later, after we receive the item from the supplier. The second installment shipment is free.
The order splitting in multiple shipments is available only in the Baltics: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

If our supplier is temporarily out of stock of item you ordered and we cannot guarantee the shipping within 30 days, or the product is no longer available (discontinued item), we will notify you as soon as we receive such information from the supplier. If money has already been paid for the item, we will offer you a substitute or issue a refund.


You can can withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days after you received the products. The product that you intend to return must be unused, in original and undamaged packaging with labels. The buyer is responsible for the product to be in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. the product must be free of tobacco, perfume or other odours, as well as without makeup or other stains and substances. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a receipt or invoice must be retained.

If the product you’ve received is not the one you ordered or it is faulty, you can exchange the product, choose another product at price you paid or receive a refund.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied if you've purchased:
• sex toys and aids, accessories for care and storage;
• lubricants, massage oils and gels;
• perfumes, cosmetics and hygiene products (including stimulants), razors;
• condoms;
• whips and paddles, other BDSM accessories with fabric, leather, latex or silicone parts;
• latex and vinyl (PVC) bedding and clothing;
• hosiery (stockings & tights), net dresses, catsuits, bodysuits, underwear, and also lingerie sets – only if the sealed bag with panties or/and stockings is opened;
• wigs;
• batteries;
• books;
• gift cards;
• sets which includes the aforesaid items.

Returns and exchange

We want your SexyStyle shopping experience to bring you a lot of joy and satisfaction.
If you’ve received wrong or defective product, the return and exchange is free of charge. Just fill in and submit the returns form online and our Customer Service staff will contact you shortly.

After notified, we will provide additional information to complete the return.

You can return the product free of charge:
• in Latvia the service is provided by postal companies Omniva (from the parcel machine) and Latvijas Pasts (from the post office);
• in Lithuania and Estonia – by the postal company Omniva (from the parcel machine).

The returns from other countries shall be arranged by the consumers at their own expense – by choosing either the postal or courier service.
We do not reimburse the shipping costs of the chosen carrier.


All prices at online store are in the selected currency with Latvian 21% VAT included.

We provide commercial invoices with all shipments to a destinations outside the European Union, indicating the value of the goods and delivery costs paid by consumer.
You do not have to pay any additional taxes in the EU when you receive a shipment from our store.
Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes. Before making the purchase please contact the customs of the destination country regarding taxes and payments. We do not advice on taxation procedures in other countries.
Upon receiving the shipment the consumer is responsible for the payment of all taxes applicable, as well as the submission of documents required for customs clearance.

Merchants who are registered VAT payers in another country in the European Union can make purchases excluding Latvian VAT. In such case, the merchant is responsible for paying the taxes according to the law of the destination country.
