Intimichic Intimicup menstrual cup

The Intimichic Intimicup is a healthier and more convenient alternative to the use of tampons and disposable pads. Made of body-safe and bio-compatible medical silicone, this menstrual cup adheres perfectly to the vaginal canal to collect menstrual flow instead of absorbing it. It can be used up to 12 hours a day (depending on the intensity of the body's secretions). The light seal formed with the vaginal walls does not allow leaks and does not alter the natural balance of the vagina or interfere with its natural lubrication. How to insert:
1. Intimichic Intimicup is very easy and comfortable to use, due to its soft and flexible material. However, a little practice will be needed at first.
2. It is very important that you are relaxed and find a comfortable position to put it on and take it off.
3. Before using it, sterilize the Intimichic Intimicup in boiling water for 3 minutes.
4. Wash your hands with warm water and mild soap.
5. For the first insertions, it is recommended to moisten the menstrual cup with water or water-based lubricant.
6. To introduce the menstrual cup, it is recommended to try the following positions: sitting, squatting, on your knees or standing. Choose the one that makes you feel most comfortable.
7. Hold the menstrual cup with your fingertips and squeeze. Then, use the fingers of the other hand to fold it longitudinally.
8. Hold the cup with the fingers of one hand in the lowest possible position and insert it into the vagina at an angle.
9. After inserting it into the vagina, release the cup and let it unfold and adhere to the vaginal walls. Make sure it is positioned correctly.

How to remove: Wash your hands thoroughly. Choose the most comfortable position and find the Intimicup stem. If necessary, push it with the vaginal muscles. Grasp the stem and gently pull the cup. If you are unable to remove it in this way, use a finger to separate the cup from the vaginal wall. Empty the contents of the Intimichic Intimicup into the toilet sit and wash it with water in the sink. If desired, you can use a PH neutral soap without perfume.

Hygiene and Maintenance: During the menstrual period it is sufficient to wash the menstrual cup with warm water and mild soap. After menstruation, the menstrual cup should be sterilized by boiling it for 3 minutes. Check that the small pressure holes under the rim are perfectly clean. If you need extra cleaning, fill the glass with warm water, cover with your hand to seal and press the sides so that the water comes out through the holes. Store the menstrual cup in the bag provided. Do not place it in storage without air circulation
