Dilatatoru lietošana:
Pirms dilatatora ievadīšanas, samitrini kaunuma lūpas, maksts ieeju un dilatatoru ar ūdens bāzes lubrikantu, un 2-3 minūtes veic maigu masāžu. Dilatatoru nesteidzīgi ievadi makstī, tad izņem, un šo darbību atkārto 10-15 minūtes, reizi dienā. Pēc lietošanas dilatatoru mazgā siltā ūdenī ar neitralām ziepēm vai notīri ar ķermenim draudzīgu dezinficējošu līdzekli, kas nebojā silikona maigo tekstūru.
