Three gradually sized flexible vaginal dilators made of silky-smooth and body-friendly material in pastel pink. Dilators should be used for the treatment and prevention of vaginal atrophy (atrophic vaginitis) and vaginismus. Vaginismus is an unconscious contraction of the pelvic floor muscles which makes penetrative sex painful, difficult or impossible. A similar muscle response may occur during a gynecological examination. This set will help to gradually expand the vagina and relax the pelvic floor muscles using massage therapy.
For better glide and more pleasant sensations, the dilators should be used with water-based lubricants as they do not damage the soft material.
How to use:
Before you insert the dilator, moisten the vaginal opening with a water-based lubricant and massage it gently for 2–3 minutes. Slowly insert the smallest dilator into the vagina then remove – repeat this for 10–15 minutes daily. Use the dilators one by one, starting with the smallest. The next size should only be used when the muscle response does not cause discomfort. After use clean the dilator in warm water with mild soap or use a suitable sex toy cleaner.
