Mix 6 g of powder (1 teaspoon) with 250 ml of cooled boiled water. Shake for 30 seconds. Add another 250 ml of cooled boiled water and shake for another 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 30 minutes before use. Dose according to desired thickness. Use the mixture within a few hours of preparation. Before first time use apply a small amount to your forearm.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or wounds. Do not ingest. This is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicide. Store in a dry, cool place away from heat. Keep out of the reach of children.
