The labia clamp is fully adjustable with two compression screws on either side of the clamp – twist to close the clamps and cause the vulva to be on full display for you. Along each side of the clamps there’s 4 pinch or pressure screws that poke into the tender tissue of the labia. These add an extra bite of pressure against the labia for kinky callous fun. Use the hex key included to adjust the pinch screws until they are in the right place. Make adjustments to the pinch screws before clamping down!
Use a recently cleaned clamps on your partner after they’ve warmed up – when some circulation already going through their labia and clitoris, begin to gently tug and pull at their labia.
To add more sensation and temperature play, run the clamp under warm or cool water first.
Begin to place the clamp on their labia while the clamps are open and wide apart with the pinch screws all the way out so their base is flat and not pointing or poking in labia. Have your partner hold their labia or the clamp as you do this to make this more easy.
If starting on the right, gently pinch the upper right labia and pull it between the clamp on the right. Start using your other hand to twist the compression screw and begin to clamp down. Do the same on the top left, then the bottom right and left sides. Adjust as you need to make things even and comfortable. Talk to your partner and check in to see what feels good and what feels like too much pressure.
As the spikes are on the outer side this help keep your partner from closing her legs. After you’ve played a little by gently rubbing and tugging the vulva, loosen the clamps and use the hex key for round two – turn the pinch screws inside so they poke into the lips between the clamps. Once again talk to yor partner and adjust the clamps.
